The Planning Commission has been working diligently on a new zoning ordinance for nearly one year.  We are nearly ready to "go to press" with new language and a new proposed Zoning Map.  Some issues that the new Ordinance addresses include consolidating districts, providing more flexible yard setbacks in small lot zoning districts, provisions for accessory dwelling units, environmental protections and more.
