The Planning Commission has been presented with a new proposal for a continuum of care Senior Housing development on 180+ acres west of Hickory Ridge Road and north of M-59.
Under recent amendments to the State of Michigan Planning Enabling Act, a developer may voluntarily limit the use of his land in order to craft a proposal that provides greater certainty to the community as to what to expect.

If approved, the developer must enter a development agreement that limits the project to the conditions depicted on the approved site plan.
