The Clerks office handles many services for our residents, including voter's registration, elections and our cemeteries. The Clerk handles official communications, such as notices of public hearings, the minutes and agendas of the Board of Trustees, requests under the Freedom of Information Act and advertising for contracts. The Clerk also maintains the Code of General Ordinances and oversees our bookkeeping staff. In short, the Clerk's office is in charge of essential recordkeeping and communication.
